Each animal is related to a season, element, organ, opposite emotions, cardinal point, color, and taste. 

The Five Animal WuQinXi exercise system improves organs and gut function, massaging them internally with every different movements that mimics the 5 animals. It's a complete Qigong exercise system and is one of the many forms we practice at Lotus Tai Chi Qigong class.

The continued practice helps to release anger, fear, worry, frustration, and sorrow, bringing peace to our busy lives and balance to our body.

Tai Chi 5 Elements 

The five elements, earth, metal, water, wood, and fire, exist in nature and in every living thing. In our body's the 5 elements are related with the organs playing a key role in our health. Each element nourishes ----> and restrains <---- each other to coexist in balance. 

 Everything in the world must have a balance to coexist in harmony. Yin & Yang.
